Magne B6 Sanofi is a mineral supplement that contains magnesium in the form of magnesium lactate dihydrate and Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine hydrochloride. Magne B6 Sanofi tablets can be successfully used in the therapy of magnesium deficiency, which can occur with chronic exposure of the body to stressful situations. When stressed, our body releases large amounts of cortisol ("stress hormone") from the adrenal glands. Stress for the body is also lack of sleep, as well as intense physical efforts.
If you have the following symptoms and signs and combinations of them, a magnesium deficiency is likely present: frequent mood swings; nervousness, irritability; mild anxiety; moderate to severe stressful situations; restlessness, transient fatigue, drowsiness; mild sleep disorders; signs of anxiety such as: gastrointestinal cramps or palpitations (no heart disorders); muscle cramps, tingling, trembling of the eyelids.
Active substances:
- Magnesium lactate dihydrate - 470 mg
- Vitamin Bb (Pyridoxine hydrochloride- Vitamine Bb) - 5 mg
Do not take MAGNE B6 if:
- known allergy (hypersensitivity) to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients,
- acute renal failure.
How to use:
- Adults: 6 to 8 tablets daily, divided into 2 or 3 doses during meals.
- Children over 6 years (approximately 20 kg): 4 to 6 tablets divided into 2 or 3 doses during meals.
- For nursing mothers: Maximum 4 tablets (20 mg vitamin B6) per day, divided into 2 to 3 doses during meals.
